Alliance One Tobacco Tanzania Limited commissioned Wahifadhi to establish, with field evidence, how much firewood tobacco curing consumes across Tabora, Kaliua and Sikonge, how much wood the surrounding landscape can supply on a renewable basis, and what it would take to close the gap.
